Final pricing is determined after an on-site inspection and may vary based on actual conditions, material selections, and project scope changes. We strive for transparency and will communicate any pricing changes before work begins.

4. Scheduling and Cancellations

We schedule appointments based on availability and project priority. Emergency repairs are prioritized over non-urgent work. If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please provide at least 24 hours notice. Repeated cancellations or no-shows may result in forfeiture of any deposit and may affect future scheduling priority.

5. Payment Terms

Payment terms are specified in each project contract. Typically, a deposit is required before work begins, with progress payments at agreed milestones and final payment upon completion. We accept cash, checks, and electronic payment methods. All payments are due as specified in the signed agreement.

6. Warranties and Guarantees

Manufacturer warranties on materials and equipment are passed through to the customer as provided by the manufacturer. Warranty claims must be submitted in writing and are subject to inspection.

7. HOA and Permit Compliance

For properties governed by a Homeowners Association (HOA), the customer is responsible for ensuring all necessary HOA approvals are obtained before work begins. SOFLO GC will assist with documentation and submissions as part of our service. All required building permits are the responsibility of the customer, though we will facilitate the permit application process.

8. Limitation of Liability

SOFLO GC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
